She is currently an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Administration at the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), in the Graduate Program in Public Organization Management (PPGOP) and in the Graduate Program in Economics (PPGE) at the Federal University of Pará (UFPA). She has experience in the areas of applied econometrics and public policy evaluation.

PhD in Political Science and Planning from the University of Tsukuba (Japan), Master’s in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University (India), and Bachelor’s in Economics and Politics from Presidency University, Kolkata. He is a senior researcher at ORF America, where he leads the global economics and development policy program, focusing on digital economy governance, financial inclusion, climate finance, and the expansion of social protection systems.
From 2013 to 2021, he was a public policy researcher at the Center for Global Development (CGD), where he produced studies on digital identification, financial services, and global health certification standards. He previously served as an associate professor at the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy (India), with an emphasis on public expenditure management and social financing.
Mukherjee is the author of several articles in international journals such as Nature, Conservation Letters, Agricultural Economics, and the Journal of Asian Economics, and co-author of the book Social Sector in a Decentralized Economy: India in the Era of Globalization (Cambridge University Press, 2016). He has worked on projects and research in Japan, Brazil, Yemen, and Sri Lanka.
Louis-Philippe Rochon is a full professor of economics at Laurentian University in Canada, where he has been teaching since 2004. He holds a PhD from the New School for Social Research and was awarded a prize for his dissertation on endogenous money and post-Keynesian economics. He is an international authority on monetary theory and policy, post-Keynesian economics, and fiscal policy.
Founder and editor emeritus of the Review of Keynesian Economics, he is currently editor-in-chief of the Review of Political Economy and co-editor of the Elgar series on Central Banks and Monetary Policy and New Directions in Post-Keynesian Economics. He also serves as consulting editor and member of the editorial boards of several international journals.
Rochon has published around 180 academic articles and is the author or editor of more than 50 books. He has been a visiting professor or researcher at institutions in Australia, Brazil, France, Italy, Mexico, Poland, South Africa, and the US, and has lectured in more than 20 countries. He has received support from institutions such as SSHRC (Canada), the Ford Foundation, and the Mott Foundation.
Rogério Studart is a senior researcher at the Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI) and has participated in various debates on macroeconomics, sustainable development, Brazil-China relations, and international finance. In addition to being a consultant to the United Nations, multilateral institutions, and governments, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Brazil Climate Center and a prominent member of the Global Federation of Competitiveness Councils. He works on and advocates for initiatives to promote evidence-based and policy-oriented analysis of the costs, benefits, and opportunities of environmentally sound, low-carbon growth and development. He was Executive Director of the World Bank Group (including IFC, IDA, and MIGA) and the Inter-American Development Bank (including IIC and MIF) and a senior researcher at the Brookings Institution and the World Resources Institute. He has held positions as a macroeconomist and development finance specialist at the United Nations (ECLAC and UNCTAD), IBGE, and Banco Lar Brasileiro. As an academic, he has authored and co-authored several books, published articles in specialized journals, and taught at the Faculty of Economics and the Institute of Industrial Economics at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). He holds a PhD in Economics from University College London, England.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from UFPA (1991), a master’s degree in Economics from UNICAMP (2001), and a doctorate in Social Sciences (Comparative Studies Program on the Americas) from the University of Brasília (2010). She is an associate professor and researcher at the Faculty of Economics of the Federal University of Pará (UFPA) and the Graduate Program in Law, Public Policy, and Development at the University Center of Pará (CESUPA). She has extensive experience in teaching, research, and consulting in the field of Economics and Law, with an emphasis on development and public policy, working mainly on issues related to the Amazon and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She is the leader of the MinAmazônia research group (Public Policy and SDGs in the Amazon) at CNPQ. She has published on topics such as public policy, development, poverty, microcredit, indicators, law and justice, the labor market, family farming, SDGs, and mining.
